Kisakye Hope Muyiyi is a talented Ugandan actress from Mbale District, known for her captivating performances and natural ability to bring characters to life. Hope has featured in Grace and several other short films produced under GTS Entertainment, steadily establishing herself as one of the promising young talents in Eastern Uganda’s growing film industry. Beyond acting, Hope is also passionate about music and singing, showcasing her versatility as a creative artist. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at Uganda Christian University (UCU), balancing her academic journey with her passion for film and entertainment. With her talent, versatility, and determination, Kisakye Hope Muyiyi continues to grow as an actress and creative, with ambitions of making a lasting mark both locally and beyond Uganda.
Makhame Rebecca is a talented actress and scriptwriter. She has written a couple of scripts including Miracle, Borrowed Womb, Test Of Faith, Khuselela and many more. She has also featured as an actress in Break Loose Series, Mysterious Spot and more other short films in Shinali Films. She’s an agronomist. Makhame is committed to telling local stories and works smart.
Dorcas Mukholi is a talented actress from Manafwa District. She has further featured films like Break Loose Series, Khuselela, Delivered Series, Grace, Borrowed Womb and other short films under GTS Entertainment. Dorcas is a certified pharmacist too.
Naizuli Mariam is a young actress from Nakaloke Mbale City. She has featured in one of the top films called Before The Bell as a student actress from Shinali Films. Her performance is captivating. She’s has undergone basic acting training at Shinali Films Academy.
Nekesa Brenda is an actress from Mbale. She has had the opportunity to act in productions such as Borrowed Womb, Khuselela, and Miracle, also gained experience on film sets as a sound engineer, which has helped her better understand the filmmaking process behind the camera. She speaks English, Lugisu, and Luganda, passionate about storytelling and committed to growing her talent.
Zakaria Shinali Inyende commonly Known as Zaki Chris Shinali is an indie filmmaker and director based in Uganda, passionate about telling authentic African stories through the lens of everyday life. He is the founder of Shinali Films, an indie film company dedicated to creating impactful, educative, and entertaining stories using accessible resources such as smartphones and DIY techniques. With a strong background in music production, audio design, and visual storytelling, Zakaria brings a multi-disciplinary approach to filmmaking, blending sound, imagery, and narrative to craft powerful cinematic experiences. He has directed several short films, including Khuselela, Miracle, Borrowed Womb, Grace and Test Of Faith, which reflect his commitment to socially relevant and character-driven storytelling. Beyond his personal work, Zakaria mentors and collaborates with young talents through GTS Entertainment Skulflix Cinema supporting high school film clubs, empowering the next generation of filmmakers to explore their creativity and develop career skills in acting and filmmaking. His vision as a filmmaker is to use cinema as a tool for both entertainment and transformation, highlighting untold stories, challenging social issues, and celebrating resilience within communities. He speaks English, Swahili, Lugisu, and Luganda.
